I practice naturopathy and also hypnotherapy for smoking cessation.Naturopathy is a healing philosophy which puts the emphasis on faith in nature and the bodies innate ability to balance and heal itself when given the right conditions.It puts the individual in the driving seat by teaching you to listen to your body so that you become your own doctor. I aim to be an adviser and guide on your own healing journey and will treat you holistically.
